Our quick start guide is designed to help you install a Jamboon network in no time. Below we give you a short overview of the individual steps and explain a few terms. In the first step you have to register in the Jamboon Configuration Server. A partner - e.g. your system house - can also do this for you. Once you are logged in, you will get the role as superuser and you can create additional users with different permissions.
You must always start with an offer. With the first offer a company, a project and one ore more sites created. You can add more locations later at any time via a new offer.
By the way: How is a project defined?
A project is always a separate network containing one or more sites.
Good to know
You are not limited to one company. If it is necessary for you, then feel free to create more than one company with one or more projects each. Jamboon is flexible and adapts to your needs.
With the quote you will see prices for the project including all selected locations. You can order the products directly from the dashboard and pay either online or by invoice.
As soon as we receive the payment, the delivery of the routers is prepared. Usually this takes only a few days.
You can start configuring each site immediately. As soon as the routers arrive at your site, connect them to your network and activate the contract.
